Matvii Mazko is from Kyiv, where he learned to play hockey at Kryzhynka hockey school. From the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he played in the Czech Republic in the Pilsen Wolves club. In the 2024/2025 season, he returned to Ukraine, where he began his career in pro hockey as part of our club.
