Yuriy Gunko is a Ukrainian ice hockey player, defenseman.

Played for ShVSM (Kyiv), “Sokil” (Kyiv), clubs from the russian federation, HC “Hanover”, HC “Zvolen”, ATEK (Kyiv).

Played 151 games (9+38) as part of the national team of Ukraine; participant of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games (4 matches, 0+1); participant of the world championships 1993 (group C), 1994 (group C), 1995 (group C), 1998 (group B), 1999, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 (TOP division), 2008 and 2009 (division I ).

Champion of Ukraine (1993, 1995, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009).
