Ihor Arkhipenko is from Kryzhynka hockey school. For Kryzhynka he played several seasons in the EEHL championship. Having ended his playing career early, he switched to coaching. Now holds the position of director of the hockey school Kryzhynka. In the Vadym’s Shakhraichuk coaching staff he will be responsible for young players development.
