Ihor Arkhypenko’s team emerged victorious over Bilyi Bars for the second time, securing a hard-fought victory in the semi-final series. 

The previous matches between these rivals have been characterized by a fierce and relentless struggle. As mentioned earlier, the teams entered this encounter having traded victories on each other’s home rink in the series. Team from Bila Tserkva narrowly defeated their opponents, while Kyiv team secured their win through a series of shootouts. 

The third match proved to be equally intense and thrilling. The first two periods passed without any goals, highlighting the high stakes of the game. However, in the final 20 minutes, Ihor Arkhypenko’s team began to assert their dominance. Anatolii Revuka scored the go-ahead goal for Kryzhynka-Capitals with a brilliant finish, and Tymur Lapko sealed the victory with an emphatic goal, putting an exclamation mark on the match and the series as a whole. A special mention goes to Nazar Boyko for achieving his first playoff shutout. 

So, Kryzhynka-Capitals emerged victorious with a 2:0 win in the third matchup, securing an overall series win of 2:1. The upcoming final series will see our team face off against Sokil, who triumphed over Shershni in a decisive 4:1 match.  

The Junior Hockey League final series is set to commence on March 24th, and we can’t wait for the thrilling matchups ahead.
