The 23-year-old forward will play for our team in the upcoming season.
Honcharenko made his first hockey steps in Kherson’s Dnipro, where he played for various youth squads across different age categories. He then moved to Kyiv’s Sokil, whose colors he defended until the 2022/2023 season.
After that, Denys began the international stage of his career. In the USA, the Ukrainian forward played for Mississippi Sea Wolves and Willmar WarHawks, while in Europe, he gained experience with Lithuania’s Kaunas City and Italy’s Pergine.
In addition, Honcharenko has been called up to Ukraine’s U-20 national team.
