The 21-year-old forward with experience playing for the Ukrainian national team has become our team’s second newcomer of the summer off-season.
Tsarkovskyi was born in Kyiv but moved to Estonia at a fairly young age, where he played for the youth teams of the Panter club. He later played for Latvia’s Liepaja Juniors, Finland’s HAKI, Lithuania’s Energija Elektrenai, as well as the senior team of Estonia’s Panter.
In the 2024/2025 season, he played for Slovenia’s Celje and also received his first call-up to the Ukrainian national team. Prior to that, he had experience with the U-20 national squad.
