Vadym Shakhraichuk is a Ukrainian hockey player, central forward. Record holder for the number of matches played and points scored in the history of the national hockey team of Ukraine. Head coach of the national hockey team of Ukraine.

Played for “Sokil” (Kyiv), ShVSM (Kyiv), “Nurnberg Ice-Tigers” (Germany), a number of clubs from the russian federation, ATEK (Kyiv), HCm “Zvolen” (Slovakia).

Played 133 games (47+45) as part of the national team of Ukraine; participant of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games (4 games, 2+0), participant of the World Championships 1995 (group C), 1997 (group C), 1998 (group B), 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 , 2008 (TOP Division), 2009 (Division I), 2010 (Division I), and 2011 (Division I). Participant of the 1993 (group C) and 1994 (group B) world championships in the youth national team of Ukraine.
