The Latvian goalkeeper has become the new signing for our team during the summer off-season.
Janis took his first steps in hockey with Riga, after which he moved to the USA, where he played for the Jamestown Rebels, Northern Cyclones, and Springfield Jr. Blues.
His career then took him to Latvian sides Dinamo and MOGO, Denmark’s Rodovre Mighty Bulls, Hungary’s DVTK, and Scotland’s Fife Flyers.
Voris has also played in Ukraine, where he represented Donbas. In addition, he has experience playing for Latvia’s U-20 and U-18 national teams.
