Dear fans of HC Kyiv Capitals, friends, and Club partners,

As we reflect on the second season of HC Kyiv Capitals, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your incredible support. Thanks to you, we can confidently say that the Club has firmly established itself as a recognized hockey institution within the Ukrainian sports landscape.

HC Kyiv Capitals stands apart from other hockey clubs, not only in the way we structure and manage our operations, but also in the passion, resilience, and unity of our fan base. The objectives set by our investors have been fully realized, even amidst the devastating realities of war and the near-total collapse of Ukraine’s hockey infrastructure and broader sports ecosystem.

Time and again, our slogan We win together has proven to be more than just words. It reflects the spirit that drives us forward. Thanks to your unwavering support, we see ourselves as winners in the ongoing, everyday battle against adversity.

When it comes to sporting achievements, we are proud of the progress made in just our second year of building a hockey club from the ground up. Every team within HC Kyiv Capitals – men’s, women’s, youth, amateur, and veterans – delivered strong performances, earning championship titles or podium finishes in competitions held under the Ukrainian Ice Hockey Federation (UHF). These accomplishments are especially meaningful given the extremely challenging conditions, from the critical shortage of functioning ice arenas across the country to the persistent issues with officiating in Ukrainian hockey.

We extend special thanks to all athletes and staff within the HC Kyiv Capitals system.

We face the future with optimism, fully aware that the upcoming season will bring even greater challenges. Yet we remain determined and confident in our ability to grow as a Club and contribute meaningfully to the development of Ukrainian hockey, despite the significant obstacles ahead.

In pursuit of that vision, we have already launched a key strategic project: the construction of our ice arena. A location has been secured, architectural design is nearing completion in collaboration with leading European firms, and the legal framework for the project is now being put in place.

Another key step in our long-term vision is our decision to join the 2025/2026 season of the Baltic Hockey League. We are proud to have received full support for this initiative from the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and the Latvian Ice Hockey Federation (LHF), which organizes the league.

Equally important is our continued commitment to the “Kryzhynka” youth hockey school in Kyiv – one of the most valued partners within the HC Kyiv Capitals system. We firmly believe that the future of Ukrainian hockey depends on developing elite talent through dedicated institutions like “Kryzhynka”.

Once again, thank you to all our fans and partners. Together — onward to new victories!

With respect,
Owners of HC Kyiv Capitals
