The experienced Latvian forward will compete in the Optibet League for the first time.
Kenins is a graduate of the Latvian club Metalurgs, where he played at the junior level. After that, our newcomer moved to Switzerland, where he spent the majority of his career.
There, Ronalds represented Pikes Oberthurgau, ZSC Lions, Lausanne, Sierre, and Martigny. Our forward has also played for Canada’s Vancouver Canucks, the United States’ Utica Comets, and Finland’s HPK.
In addition, Kenins has experience playing for Latvia’s junior, youth, and senior national teams.
At the club level, Ronalds has won the Swiss Championship three times with the ZSC Lions. With Latvia’s national team, he captured a bronze medal at the World Championship, with the U20 national team, he won the Division 1 Group A World Championship, and with the U18 national team, he claimed gold and silver medals in the same division.
