25-year-old defenseman Nikita Lesnikov will remain with our team for the upcoming season.
We continue introducing the players who will wear the Kyiv Capitals jersey in the new hockey year. One of them is defender Nikita Liesnikov. Over the past season, he proved himself as a versatile player willing to perform any role the team needed, featuring in various defensive pairings and even stepping in as a forward. Liesnikov finished the season with eight goals and eleven assists.
His versatility, skill, and selfless play will be a great asset for us in the 2025/2026 season. We’re excited to continue this journey together!
