This year, over 60 children participated in the celebration.
Winter Classic with the Kyiv Capitals-2025 became the third edition of the event, and this year, the organizers faced the greatest number of challenges on the way to hosting it.
However, neither shelling nor serious energy issues prevented the celebration of St. Nicholas Day from being observed in the beloved format, which combines treats and activities.
As tradition dictates, the event was made possible through the joint efforts of HC Kyiv Capitals and the Kryzhynka Youth Sports School. Young hockey players enjoyed various contests, relays, and a mini-tournament, which also featured players of Kryzhynka-Capitals and the coaches of the Kryzhynka Sports School. Energetic music, donuts, candies, and lots of smiles created an authentic festive atmosphere.
