With deep sadness we announce the departure of Colin Whitt, from Kyiv Capitals. Unfortunately, due to a finger injury sustained during the December break, Colin will be unable to continue representing our team on the ice.
Colin is currently in the recovery process, but further medical attention is necessary, requiring an operation in the USA. As a result, he will be unable to join us for the remainder of this season.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Colin for his bravery in coming to Ukraine during these challenging times and for dedicating himself to Kyiv Capitals for over a month. We sincerely appreciate his commitment and contribution to our team’s achievements.
Our thoughts are with Colin as he undergoes treatment and we wish him a swift recovery. We are confident that our paths will cross again, and we look forward to the day we can welcome him back to the ice!
