27-year-old Latvian forward has signed with our team during the current offseason.
Novikovs began his career with Liepaja and also played for Zemgale and Kurbads in his home country. His international experience includes stints with Italian side Alleghe, French club Morzine-Avoriaz, Romanian Steaua, and German TuS Harsefeld.
