Hockey Club “Kyiv Capitals” wishes to address our loyal supporters and hockey supporters regarding the recent decision made by the Appeals Committee of the Hockey Federation of Ukraine (FHU) on February 28, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We firmly contest the judgment rendered by the Appeals Committee concerning the alleged incompetent and biased officiating during the match held on February 3, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite our efforts, the Appeals Committee dismissed our complaint, a decision we believe to be unfair and in breach of both sporting integrity and FHU regulatory standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While the FHU decision asserts its finality, we are exploring avenues for appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland, as outlined in the FHU statute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
HC “Kyiv Capitals” remains steadfast in our pursuit of justice and equitable competition in ice hockey. Upholding the values of sportsmanship and professionalism, we are committed to advocating for fair play at every level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
