Tsarkovskyi was born in Kyiv but moved to Estonia at a fairly young age, where he played for the youth teams of the Panter club. He later played for Latvia\u2019s Liepaja Juniors, Finland\u2019s HAKI, Lithuania\u2019s Energija Elektrenai, as well as the senior team of Estonia\u2019s Panter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the 2024\/2025 season, he played for Slovenia\u2019s Celje and also received his first call-up to the Ukrainian national team. Prior to that, he had experience with the U-20 national squad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
